I've noticed that all the photos I had stored in my Hidden folder have suddenly disappeared. I'm puzzled about what could have happened to them—it seems like they vanished out of nowhere. I'm curious if I need to purchase additional storage on my phone to be able to see the pictures in that album again. I definitely didn't delete them myself, so I'm not sure what to do next.

Hidden photos still take up space, so buying more storage won’t help recover them. This might just be a syncing issue with iCloud. Try logging into photos.icloud.com from your browser to see if your hidden photos are still there. If they are, toggling iCloud Photos off and on in your settings might help you sync them back.
Have you checked if your phone is out of storage? Sometimes, that can cause issues with access to your media.
