I've got an Asus ExpertBook B1502 that just won't power up. The last time I used it, I let the battery drain down to 4% before I decided to shut it down to avoid it dying completely since I couldn't find my charger. Now, even after plugging it in for at least half an hour, it still shows no signs of life. I've tried holding the power button for over a minute with and without the charger connected. I even opened it up to check if the battery was properly connected, but everything seems fine. I'm really hoping someone can help me figure this out – any advice would be greatly appreciated!

If you can access the battery, try removing it completely. After that, hold the power button for about 10 seconds. Put the battery back in, plug in your charger, and check if the charging light comes on. Let it sit for 5 minutes before attempting to power it up again.
I just tried that, but the charging light still isn't turning on.
