I just built a new PC with a Ryzen 7 7800x3d, an RTX 4080 Super, 16GB of Corsair RAM, an ASUS B850 Gaming motherboard, and a Corsair KN 850W power supply. However, after assembling everything, the computer doesn't post. I've tested the RAM, reassembled the build, and reseated the CPU, but nothing seems to work. I also noticed that the CPU remains cold even after running the system for 15 minutes. What could be causing this issue?

A cold CPU usually indicates a power issue. It may be a problem with the power delivery from the PSU to the CPU or motherboard. Consider checking the connections to ensure everything is plugged in correctly. If it still doesn't work, taking it to a computer shop is a good idea; the pros there can help diagnose any deeper issues.
Have you checked for any error LEDs on the motherboard? If they're lit up, that could point you to the problem. Also, try booting without the GPU and see if integrated graphics work. Make sure all connections are secure: the 8-pin CPU connector, GPU power, and the 24-pin motherboard adapter. Don't forget to check that your monitor is on and properly connected to the GPU!
