Looking for Advice on My First PC Build

I'm planning to build my first PC and I have a high budget, but I'm not very knowledgeable about the specific parts. I have a list of components I've picked out, but I'd love some help refining it. I'm also looking for advice on case fans and any additional tips you might have. Thanks in advance!

Your build looks solid! I recommend getting Arctic P12 or P14 Pro fans; they're affordable and perform really well with a 6-year warranty. For cooling, consider a 280mm or 360mm AIO cooler since the 9800X3D runs pretty hot and might struggle with air cooling. Also, if you can, get CL30 RAM and upgrade to a 2TB storage drive. One terabyte isn’t really enough anymore, and you’ll probably need more space soon. Instead of the pricey 990 Pro, you might want to try the Crucial T500, which often costs less. Lastly, consider a newer PSU since your GPU is from 2025, and you might need the latest power cable. The Montech Century II could be a good, budget-friendly choice with better specs!
