I'm having trouble installing Nobara. When I check the installation media, it only gets to 004.8% before stopping and warns me that this media isn't recommended. It also says that the system will halt in 12 hours. I've noticed something about dracut-initqueue, but I'm not sure if it's relevant.
Should I ignore this and try to install anyway? I tried using Rufus to create a bootable USB, but it said the image is a hybrid and doesn't support ISO, so I planned to use DD instead. Is there anything I should be concerned about?

It sounds like your USB drive might be causing the issue. Have you tried using a different one? Sometimes, USB drives can fail without obvious signs, and it'd be good to rule that out.
There's a known issue related to this. If you created the installation media on Windows, the media check can be broken because of how the Nobara/ Fedora ISOs are structured. You might want to ignore the media check altogether—it’s a common issue that many face.
Ah, I just bought a new USB drive! I was worried my old one was corrupt because other Linux distros were crashing too. But this makes sense now, thanks for the info!

But I've installed other OSs on this drive without issues. Could it be something else?
