While building my PC, I ended up sweating quite a bit in the heat and a tiny drop of sweat may have hit my Z890 motherboard. At the time, the board was completely unpowered and I didn't turn the system on until about 30 minutes later, giving it time to air dry. It booted up perfectly and I've been using it without any issues for the past two days, running stress tests with no problems. Still, I'm a bit paranoid about potential long-term damage or hidden corrosion. Should I be concerned about future problems, or is it safe to think everything is okay since it's been running smoothly?

You're probably fine! It sounds like you've handled it well, and a bit of sweat should not cause any issues. Just keep an eye on it, but from what you've described, you shouldn't worry too much.
Honestly, you're overthinking this. I’ve washed devices with PCBs under a hose, and as long as they dry completely for a few days, they usually work without any issues. A single drop of sweat is pretty minimal, so I wouldn't sweat it!
Thanks for the insight, I really appreciate it!
Yeah, but maybe stop spray washing your gear!

Thanks for the advice, much appreciated!
