Trouble Booting: Red CPU Light and Yellow DRAM Light After Years of Smooth Operation

I've been using my PC for about three years without any problems, but recently I've started having issues with booting. It shows a solid red light for the CPU and a yellow light for the DRAM. Initially, it would only happen occasionally, but now I have to turn the power on and off dozens of times to get it to start. I've already tried several troubleshooting steps including resetting the CMOS, checking and reseating the RAM and GPU, and inspecting the CPU for bent pins. I'm confused because my setup worked perfectly for so long, and I only see this red CPU/yellow DRAM issue on new builds. Does anyone have ideas on what could be wrong? Some suggest it might be a failing motherboard, but that seems rare for a system that was stable for years.

You might want to check your power supply unit (PSU). The symptoms you're experiencing suggest that it could be wearing out and struggling to provide enough power during boot. Although you have a 1000W PSU, issues like worn out capacitors or power lines in the motherboard could also be a suspect. I'd recommend testing with a different PSU if you can. Let me know if you think that's worth looking into.

First things first, what's your BIOS version? If it's outdated, it could lead to issues with your CPU, especially the 7800X3D. Some have had problems with overheating or degradation when using older BIOS versions. When you looked at your CPU, did you notice any discoloration or scorch marks? That might also be a sign of trouble.
