I've gotten used to the feature on my Mac where all the open apps automatically reopen at startup, and I think it's fantastic! I'm wondering if there's a way to achieve something similar on my new Windows 10 laptop. Any suggestions?

Just a heads-up, the correct term is simply "Mac", not "Mac PC". Some folks might think PC refers specifically to Windows!
It depends on what you're looking for. If you want the same apps to open every time, definitely use the Startup folder method. But if you want to resume your last session with whatever apps were running, try using hibernate or suspend instead of shutting down. It’ll keep your session intact.
You can definitely make it happen! Just create shortcuts for the programs you want to start up and place them in the Startup folder. You can find that folder by navigating to C:Users"your_username"AppDataRoamingMicrosoftWindowsStart MenuProgramsStartup. Once you put the shortcuts there, those apps will launch every time you boot up your laptop.
