I'm planning a budget gaming PC with a white theme, mainly for 1080p gaming. My current parts list is a Ryzen 5 7500F, ASRock B650M-HDV/M.2 motherboard, white RX 6600 Challenger 8GB, 32GB of DDR5-6000 memory, and a 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD. The main limitation here will be the RX 6600, not the processor or memory. The Ryzen 5 7500F is more than capable for 1080p, but in most games the graphics card will determine your frame rate. If your budget is tight, the RX 6600 is still a reasonable choice, especially for high settings at 1080p, but it may be worth comparing prices with an RX 6650 XT, RX 7600, or used higher-tier card. The white versions can cost extra, so a black GPU inside a mostly white build may give you better performance for the money.
The parts should be compatible, but the final recommendation depends heavily on your total budget and local prices. Make sure the case supports the motherboard size and GPU length, and choose a decent power supply around 550W to 650W from a reputable model. The AM5 platform gives you a useful future upgrade path, so keeping the 7500F and B650 board is reasonable unless moving some of that money to a faster GPU would fit your budget better.
32GB using two DDR5-6000 sticks is a good match for this platform. Try to use a 2x16GB kit with an EXPO profile rather than four modules, since two sticks are usually easier to run reliably. Just confirm that the motherboard supports the exact kit, update the BIOS if necessary, and enable EXPO after assembling the PC.
I agree that the graphics card is the weak point, but keeping the RX 6600 makes sense if the budget is strict. It should still handle 1080p well with sensible settings.
