Stuck at the BitLocker recovery screen after changing BIOS settings

My Bluetooth drive suddenly stopped working, and while trying to troubleshoot it I ended up changing BIOS settings with AI guidance. I was told to disable Secure Boot and Fast Boot, but after restarting, the computer began showing the BitLocker recovery screen. None of my keyboards respond there, even after trying multiple keyboards. I also tried resetting the CMOS, but now the computer gets stuck in a BIOS reboot loop whenever I save and exit. How can I regain access and get the system booting normally again?

The BitLocker recovery screen should explain where to retrieve the recovery key. If BitLocker was linked to your Microsoft account, sign in to that account from another device and look for the saved recovery key. Entering the correct key should let Windows start again. Afterward, restore the BIOS settings you changed—especially Secure Boot—and avoid clearing or changing TPM-related settings unless you know exactly what they do.

I tried resetting the CMOS, but now the computer keeps returning to BIOS whenever I save and exit. I’m not sure which setting is causing the loop.
