I'm trying to perform a clean installation of Windows 11. The installer runs normally from the USB, but after the computer restarts, the display becomes completely black and stays that way. I've waited 20–45 minutes without any change. I've recreated the installation media on two different computers, tried both Media Creation Tool and Rufus, used multiple flash drives and USB ports, checked the BIOS boot order, and wiped the target drive with DiskPart. The same issue also happens with the legacy installer. What could be causing this, and is there a workaround that would let me complete the installation?

It’s also worth confirming whether the storage drive and memory are new or previously used in another computer. In this case the drives being used are new, so the next troubleshooting focus should probably be the system’s display or hardware configuration rather than old data on the drive.
A useful detail is whether Windows Setup ever appears before the restart. If the black screen begins immediately after the normal Setup screen, note the exact last screen shown and whether the machine is still responding. Since the problem also occurs with the legacy installer and different USB media, the installer itself is less likely to be the cause; the display hardware, graphics output, firmware settings, or another hardware component may need to be checked.
The black screen appears immediately after that Setup screen. I also see the same behavior with the legacy installer.
The storage and memory components are new.
