I'm installing Windows 11 from an official USB drive, but I don't have Ethernet access and need a wireless network driver that I can't easily transfer from my Chromebook. The setup process is requiring an internet connection and a Microsoft account. I've seen guides suggesting tools such as Rufus or command-line workarounds, but I can't use those tools on my Chromebook, and the bypass commands I tried no longer seemed to work. Is there still a way to finish setup with a local account and connect to Wi-Fi later?

The exact command matters here. Running only `ms-cxh:localonly` may not work, so include `start` at the beginning. Once Windows is installed, you can install the wireless driver from another device or a USB drive and connect normally.
At the account or network setup screen, press Shift+F10 to open Command Prompt. Type `start ms-cxh:localonly` and press Enter. This should open the local-account creation option, allowing you to create an offline account and complete setup without connecting to Wi-Fi first.
