I bought a second-hand iPhone 14 Pro about three months ago. The phone shows 94% maximum battery capacity, and its parts and service history checks did not show anything unusual. However, the battery health has stayed at exactly 94% since I bought it. Is that normal, or could it indicate that the battery was replaced or that the battery-health reading is inaccurate? I'm also concerned about whether other parts may have been changed because I might resell the phone later.

Focus more on how the phone performs than on whether the percentage changes. If it lasts through your normal day, charges normally, and doesn’t overheat or shut down unexpectedly, the battery is probably fine. A replacement battery would not automatically mean the phone has other replacement parts either.
That’s normal. Battery health does not decrease on a fixed schedule, so it can remain at the same percentage for months and then drop by a point later. The number is an estimate based on usage and charging patterns, not a real-time measurement of every bit of wear.
The rate of battery wear depends on things like charge cycles, temperature, how heavily you use the phone, and how long it stays near full charge. Three months without a change in the displayed percentage is not evidence that the battery is fake or has been swapped. Check the parts and service history for any battery warning, but otherwise there’s no reason to worry.

I was mainly concerned that the unchanged number could mean the battery had been replaced without being disclosed, since that might affect the phone’s resale value.
