I'm using an iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 27 with both WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business installed. I want to stop all notifications from WhatsApp Business, including incoming call alerts, because I don't want the phone to ring for business calls. I disabled notifications under Settings > Notifications > WhatsApp Business, which stopped message alerts, but incoming WhatsApp Business calls still ring. Is there another setting that completely silences them?

You can also check WhatsApp Business itself under Settings > Notifications and turn off every notification category, including call alerts. In iPhone Settings > Notifications > WhatsApp Business, make sure Sounds, Lock Screen, Banners, and other alert options are disabled. If calls still ring, they may be coming through iOS’s call-integration feature rather than ordinary message notifications, so try silencing WhatsApp Business with a Focus mode or disable its call-related notification option in the app.
I already disabled the regular notifications, so messages no longer appear, but WhatsApp Business calls still ring. I’ll check the in-app call settings and Focus mode next.
