Hey everyone! I recently purchased a PC from a guy who builds them on the side. I don't really game much except for Fortnite, but ever since I installed it, I've been having some serious stuttering issues. I've tried several fixes like reinstalling Windows, resetting the BIOS, and tweaking various settings for maximum performance, but nothing seems to help. This issue has been going on for several days now, and my temperature readings are all normal. I'm experiencing frame drops of over 90 every 10-20 seconds. Here are my PC specs:
- RTX 3070ti
- i5-14400F
- 32GB RAM
I've also included a video showing the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated! [https://imgur.com/a/3nGIlgy](https://imgur.com/a/3nGIlgy)

What resolution are you using? I’ve found that switching to different resolutions can sometimes help with performance. If you can, try using 1080p for comparison. Sometimes 1440p looks better but can be more demanding on the system, causing stuttering.
Are you connected through Wi-Fi or using an Ethernet cable? Sometimes poor Wi-Fi can cause these issues, but if you’re on Ethernet, then it’s worth investigating other factors.
I'm on Ethernet!
I can switch between 1080p and 1440p, and 1440p is slightly better, but I'm still dealing with stuttering.
