I've asked this before but I'm hoping for more input. I'm planning to do mostly AAA gaming and watch YouTube videos. Do you think 64GB of RAM is overkill for my needs?

I agree, stick with 32GB. It’s a solid choice for most gamers right now.
Right now, 32GB is definitely sufficient unless you plan to play some really demanding games with lots of mods. In ten years, 64GB might seem necessary, but by then, you'll probably have a new setup with better tech.
I've got 32GB and I keep a lot of tabs open. Even with that, it handles my gaming just fine. Unless you’re playing games that require tons of RAM or if you keep a lot of apps running, you should be good with 32GB.
I went with 64GB since the price difference was minimal. It gives you flexibility down the line, but honestly, there’s nothing wrong with settling for 32GB.
32GB should be more than enough for your gaming and YouTube needs. If you find you need more in the future, upgrading is always an option.
Honestly, I used to game on just 1GB RAM for years before upgrading to 32GB, and it still works fine for me!
