I have a JWX Gaming Computer Tower Stand and an Anker 351 Power Strip (A9192). The strip is currently attached with the stand's straps, but they run across the front and block some outlets. The power strip has two keyhole mounting slots, and I still have its original mounting screws. Those screw heads fit the keyholes correctly, so I would prefer to keep using them.
The stand has a perforated metal mounting panel, and the original screws pass through its holes. However, the stand holes are larger than the screw shafts, so the screws move around and do not feel secure. I would like to mount the strip from the back without drilling new holes, while keeping all outlets accessible and preventing wobble when plugging things in.
What hardware would work best to fill the extra space and secure the original screws—such as washers, spacers, bushings, nuts, or a small backing plate? An adhesive mounting solution is also possible, but I would prefer a mechanical fastener that uses the existing holes.

A strong mounting adhesive or heavy-duty double-sided strip would be the simplest option, especially if the stand and power strip have flat, clean surfaces. It would avoid the loose-fit problem entirely, though it is less convenient if you expect to remove the strip later.
