What’s a Good Budget Replacement for a Radeon RX 6750 XT?

My Radeon RX 6750 XT recently stopped working, and I'm looking for a reasonably priced replacement that offers similar performance and roughly the same amount of VRAM. This is our first PC build, and my son and I mainly play a few games without needing a high-end card. We're shopping in the U.S. and would ideally like to stay near a $500 budget. What GPUs should we consider?

For a midrange replacement, look at a 16GB Radeon RX 9060 XT or an RX 9070 GRE. Either should fit the general performance range you’re after, with the 9070 GRE being the stronger option if you can find one around your budget.

For a midrange budget, the RX 9060 XT or RX 9070 GRE makes the most sense. Higher-end options like the RX 9070 XT, RX 9070, RTX 5070 Ti, or RTX 5080 are available, but they’re probably unnecessary for your use case and can push well beyond $500.
