I recently stumbled upon a mention of using Claude Code in Cursor's terminal, which was new to me! I'm curious about how these tools can work together effectively. My personal experience involves using Windsurf to navigate coding, even though I'm not particularly technical. I'd love to hear how everyone here combines these tools and any workflows you have. Thanks in advance!

I noticed that there's a Claude Code MCP server. If you have a Max subscription, you might be able to enable this on something like Roo Code. Curious to see if that works!
I've been curious about this too! Since Claude Code is a command-line tool, it makes sense that you could set it up with an MCP server. I plan to give it a shot once I manage to get Claude Code!
Using Claude Code can be as simple as a textbook editor. I'm wondering why people prefer Windsurf or Cursor for this task? Is there something I'm missing that makes them better?
Not exactly sure what everyone’s doing, but I've been loading the terminal directly in the VS Code or Windsurf interface. You can easily use Claude Code from there, and you still have access to Git and all the other features VS Code offers. It’s pretty handy!
I mentioned this earlier in another thread, but I've been experimenting with using Gemini (sometimes Max) and O3 for planning and bug fixing, then implementing tasks with Claude. Having everything integrated in the Cursor app makes it super convenient. I haven’t used it extensively yet, so there could be some hiccups, but so far, it feels pretty seamless compared to using Claude in the terminal.
