I'm using a Lenovo laptop and I'm planning to reinstall Windows. I'm a bit concerned about backing up my current drivers because I don't want to mess up my device by installing new ones. Is it important to back them up, and if so, what's the best way to do it?

After you reinstall Windows, you can just perform a Windows update to get most of the drivers. For specific hardware like your dedicated GPU, make sure to download the drivers directly from the Lenovo site or the NVIDIA site.
Have you thought about trying a factory reset first? If your laptop has a restore partition, that might be a simpler option before going through a complete reinstall.

That's not really how it works! You might want to have your Wi-Fi drivers handy on a USB stick so you can connect and download the rest from Windows Update, as well as the Lenovo and NVIDIA/AMD sites if you're using a dedicated GPU.
