I'm trying to figure out how to adjust the RAM transfer speed in the BIOS on my Gigabyte Aorus motherboard. My RAM is rated for 6600 MT/s, but it's only running at 4800 MT/s even with XMP enabled. I'm aiming to boost it to at least 5600 MT/s. What steps should I follow to change the speed?

In the BIOS, you should look for a setting in the Tweaker section to enable either XMP (for Intel) or EXPO (for AMD). Once that's activated, you can select the profile that supports 6000 MT/s. This should help you reach your desired speed!
Is 6000 MT/s or 5600 MT/s better for improving performance?
