Hey everyone! I'm planning to build my first PC, primarily for sim racing and occasional office tasks. I want it to handle 1440p gaming with good frame rates, and I'm aiming to keep the budget around $2000. I've put together a parts list, but I would love to hear any suggestions, improvements, or alternative ideas from you all. Here's what I've got so far:

- NZXT H5 Flow case
- NZXT 850W power supply
- NZXT N7 B650E motherboard
- Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPU
- 2x Corsair Dominator 16GB RAM
- 1TB SSD (brand TBD)
- Kraken Elite 360 RGB cooler
- RTX 5070 GPU
- NZXT F240 RGB core fan (top)
- NZXT F120 RGB core fan (back)
- NZXT vertical graphics card mount

I want the build to be all black with nice purple RGB accents. I'm also considering adding more RAM and SSD storage later. Let me know what you think!

You might want to try using PCPartPicker to create your parts list. It can help you find better deals and suggest performance optimizations to get the best bang for your buck!

Great idea, I just added my list there!

Here's the [PCPartPicker List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/VV9XZc) I put together for you. The total came to about $1195, which leaves you room to upgrade or add extras!

It looks like a good list, but I noticed the prices for the AIO cooler and CPU aren't showing up correctly on PCPartPicker right now. The CPU should be around €700. Make sure to check local prices before buying!

Thanks for the heads up! I'll keep checking.
