What Does the ‘F’ Suffix Mean for AMD CPUs?

I'm trying to understand the suffixes used in CPU naming, specifically for AMD processors. I know that for Intel, the 'F' at the end signifies a lack of integrated graphics, but what about AMD? My understanding is that most Intel CPUs have integrated graphics unless they have the 'F' suffix. However, it seems no AMD CPUs have integrated graphics unless they feature a 'G' suffix. So, what does the 'F' actually indicate for AMD CPUs, especially since many already don't come with integrated graphics?

For AMD, the 'F' suffix indicates that the CPU doesn't have integrated graphics. Just like for Intel, if an AMD CPU has an 'F' at the end, it means you won't find an iGPU there. However, keep in mind that most AMD 7000 and 9000 series processors come with integrated graphics unless specified otherwise by that 'F'.

Pretty much the same situation as Intel! The 'F' means no integrated GPU for AMD's newer AM5 CPUs, while those without it generally do have integrated graphics. Just remember, the 'G' suffix means integrated graphics in AMD CPUs, so look out for those!

Ah, I see! Didn't realize it was that straightforward.

Honestly, a quick Google search would have given you all this info right away. Sometimes it helps to look it up!

Yeah, I should have done that first. Thanks!
