I'm really sensitive to noise and I'm trying to find the best 5070 TI that minimizes sound. If I have to spend a bit more for a noticeably quieter option, I'm willing to wait for the right card. Sound is my main concern, followed by keeping the card cool. Performance isn't a major factor for me, so I'm looking for peace and quiet! Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Just get any of the MSI models above the Shadow or Inspire series and set them to quiet mode—it should help with noise significantly!
If you're not budget-conscious, going for a water-cooled model with Noctua fans would be the ideal option. But if you want something simpler, the Strix cards are usually built very robustly and tend to be among the quietest.
I found a similar thread suggesting the Gigabyte Gaming OC model. It's a bit pricier but could be worth it for the quieter operation.
I have the MSI Trio OC Plus, and when I switch it to the ‘silent’ BIOS setting, it runs super quiet. I have a small form factor case, so cooling isn't optimal, but at 100% load, it’s still very manageable. For lighter games like Minecraft, the noise is almost non-existent, and it’s completely silent when idle!
I have the Vanguard model and even under heavy gaming, it never goes over 60°C. No fan noise or coil whine with it.
Thanks, I’ll definitely check that out!
