I'm gearing up to build my first PC and have collected various parts from my research. I aim to keep the total cost around $1800 AUD, but I'm open to suggestions for cheaper alternatives as long as they don't heavily compromise performance. I want to ensure that my build can handle gaming at 1440p with a decent frame rate. I currently own a GTX 1650, but it's struggling with new AAA titles, so I'm looking for significant upgrades. Here's my parts list: [https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/FtRdcx](https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/FtRdcx). I'd really appreciate any advice or insights!

I noticed the RTX 5060 ti 16GB is pretty pricey; you might want to consider the RX 9060 XT, which offers similar performance for about $630. If you're aiming for 1440p, I recommend looking into the RTX 5070 or RX 9070 unless you're okay with averaging under 100 FPS. Also, don't skimp on a good PSU—get at least a 750-watt gold-rated to keep everything safe.
Totally agree about the PSU! I just want a build that runs decently; even if I have to lower settings a bit, anything's better than what I'm dealing with now.
