Advice Needed for Upgrading My GPU from a 5600XT

I'm looking to upgrade my GPU because my current one, a 5600XT, has been crashing lately. I'm running a Ryzen 5 3600 with 32 GB of RAM on a B550 motherboard, and I'm hoping to enhance my gaming experience for story-driven games like Cyberpunk and Ghost of Tsushima, aiming for 1440p resolution with better detail and less lag. My budget is around $250, possibly going up to $300, and I'm open to buying used. I was considering an RTX 3070 for $230 or a 2080/2080 Ti, but I'd love to hear any other suggestions or insights on these cards or alternatives. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you're looking for something that packs a punch, you might want to consider checking out the RX 6800 since it tends to be pretty powerful and fits within your budget. Also, I've seen some listings for used RTX 3080s going around $300 on eBay, which could give you a nice boost for those demanding games. Just a heads up, though—avoid anything with 8GB of VRAM, as it's not really up to par for the latest single-player titles anymore.

The RTX 3070 is also a solid choice, especially at $230. It performs really well for 1440p gaming and should suit your needs but make sure to check for any used deals you can find. You'd definitely want to weigh if the 3070 Ti might be worth it too, even if it's a bit pricier.
