I've recently upgraded my GPU from a 1660 Super to a 9060xt, but I'm not seeing a significant improvement in frame rates while playing Valorant. I used to hit around 200-250 fps with my old GPU, but now those numbers haven't budged much. I've noticed both my GPU and CPU aren't being fully utilized during gameplay. Is my i5 11600k the issue here, or is there something I can tweak without needing to buy a new CPU?

You could consider overclocking your CPU, or tweaking your memory timings. Typically, you might hit a memory bandwidth bottleneck before you actually hit a CPU limit.
It sounds like you might be dealing with a CPU bottleneck, especially in a game like Valorant where CPU performance is key.
Thanks for the tip! Any idea how much I should overclock my CPU safely?
