I've been experiencing issues with receiving emails in Microsoft 365's Exchange Online. It seems like I'm able to send emails just fine, but incoming messages are either delayed significantly or not coming through at all. I wanted to check if other users or admins are encountering similar problems?

Microsoft recently acknowledged issues with Exchange Online. They haven’t provided many details, but they’re getting lots of reports about the problem all over the place.
Are you on Proofpoint? There’s a known outage right now that’s causing delays for incoming emails. If you’re not using Proofpoint, what spam service are you on?
