Are these USB PCI Expansion Cards safe to use?

Hey everyone! I'm planning to buy a USB PCI Expansion card that includes a 3.0 header, along with an extension cable because my current USB 3.0 cable doesn't reach the PCI card in my case. I found a few options, but I'm uncertain about their safety. Here's the link to the listings: https://imgur.com/a/rSKxBuy. I can share links from Shopee, which is a popular platform in my country if needed. Thanks for your help!

These cards are generally safe to use. They might not have the best build quality, but they get the job done without any major issues.

Among the two I’m looking at, which one is more reliable?

Totally safe! I recommend getting one with ports on the back too. The price is usually about the same. As long as you have a free PCI slot, they should work just fine. I added one to my older motherboard, which only had USB 2 headers, and it works great for USB 3 speeds.

I’m avoiding ones with rear ports since they usually require extra power from SATA or Molex, which I don't want to deal with.

What makes you say they’re safe to use, though?

Does your motherboard not have a USB 3 header? If that's the case, those cards should be perfectly safe to use!

Yeah, I unfortunately bent my USB 3 header pins. So, I'm looking for alternatives.
