Has anyone tried asking ChatGPT to do an Akashic reading? My friend is a firm believer and thinks AI can connect with her records. But how can ChatGPT possibly describe her various experiences without some sort of supernatural connection? Does it really have access to her texts, Google searches, or anything like that?

It relies on patterns and context rather than any real understanding or access to personal data. Just remember, it’s mainly a glorified text predictor!
It’s good at what’s called cold reading, so it can seem accurate in some cases. But it doesn’t really know anything specific about you or your history unless you tell it. It's all about predicting the next likely response based on the context it’s given.
