My family is consolidating the accounts I use under my own email address, but Minecraft was purchased through my mom's Microsoft account. She doesn't use the game, and I'm the only person who plays it. Is there any way to move the purchase or its license over to my Microsoft account instead?

Unfortunately, Microsoft purchases and game licenses generally can’t be transferred between accounts. The Minecraft license will stay attached to the account that bought it, so the practical option is to keep using that account or purchase the game again on your own account.
