I've tried nearly everything, including contacting Apple Support, but I still can't sign in to Apple apps on my Windows 11 computers. We have two PCs in the household, and the issue affects either computer when trying to use apps such as Apple Music, Apple TV, or iTunes. Signing in through Apple's website works normally, so the problem seems limited to the Windows apps. Is anyone else running into this?

Try clearing the ADI folder used by iTunes. Press Win+R, paste %programdata%Apple ComputeriTunes, and delete the ADI folder. Then open iTunes, sign in there first, and authorize the computer if prompted. After that, Apple Music may let you sign in normally.
The ADI folder workaround solved it for me too. I had tried several other fixes, but this was the one that finally worked.
Yes, I’ve seen this with Apple Music, Apple TV, and iTunes on Windows. Website sign-in can work normally even when the desktop apps refuse the login.

That fixed it for me. I didn’t even need to restart the computer—after deleting the folder, I signed back in and the apps worked.
