I'm leading a small team at a nonprofit organization where we manage around 200 devices. We're currently using Ninja, which has been great for us over the last three years, but it's also quite pricey at around $6000. Atera and Pulseway have quoted us about $2500. I'm curious to know if Atera or Pulseway can match Ninja in terms of features and performance. Is Ninja really worth double the price? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Before making a decision, it's important to know what features you specifically need from an RMM. If you're looking to save costs, you might want to check out Action1, which is free for managing 200 devices. It provides patching and basic monitoring, and there's also Tactical RMM which offers similar features but requires some technical setup since it's self-hosted. Just consider how much you're willing to invest in training and setup time.
We're actually using Pulseway for RMM and their ticketing system, and we have a team of three with nearly the same number of endpoints as you. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask! I haven't used Atera or Ninja, so I can't directly compare them, but I can share my experience with Pulseway if that helps!

Thanks for the offer! What are your favorite features of Pulseway?
