Connecting an Existing ER Circuit to a New vHub in vWAN

Hey everyone! I currently have an environment with one ExpressRoute (ER) circuit connected to a single vHub. We're looking to expand our virtual WAN setup by adding another vHub. Can anyone explain the steps for connecting the existing ER circuit to this new vHub? Do I just create a new connection from the same circuit, pointing to a new ER gateway in the new hub?

It really depends on how your ER circuit is set up. Some ER configurations allow you to extend across the vWAN while others might only work within the vHub it's directly connected to. Also, since vWAN hubs can peer with each other, it could be worth checking if any additional action is needed at all.

That's a good point! I'm curious to see if I can avoid extra steps.

Exactly, especially if you're already using Private Peering.
