Did I score a good deal on the LG Ultra Gear 32GN63T-B monitor?

Hey everyone! I recently moved and unfortunately, my 24" 1080p 165hz ONN monitor broke during the move. I jumped on eBay last night and ended up winning an LG 32GN63T-B monitor in an auction for $133, including tax and shipping, after a brief bidding war (the starting bids were around $92). I noticed that most retailers are selling this model anywhere from $170 to $230 for new ones, and mine is used. I'm excited about the upgrade in picture quality, size, and color accuracy, especially since my old monitor didn't even support HDR. But, I'm second-guessing if I made a good decision. I feel like this was a decent price given the specs (32 inches, 1440p, 165Hz, HDR10), but I'd love to hear what you all think! Thanks in advance!

The LG 32GN63T-B generally gets decent reviews, but there are definitely some complaints about its performance. If you’re coming from the ONN, you should notice a difference. Plus, for $133, you did alright! Just adjust the settings to improve the clarity and responsiveness—it makes a big difference!

Honestly, the monitor has mixed reviews. Some say the performance is lacking, particularly with motion blur, but at the price you paid, it's still a decent deal. Price-wise, it seems like you got a fair bargain, especially compared to new models! Just make sure you fiddle with the settings; a lot of people find that helps improve the viewing experience significantly.

Yeah, I've heard there are ways to make it perform better with some custom settings. I think you'll be alright with this compared to your old ONN monitor!

For sure! Just keep in mind that it might not be perfect, but it should definitely offer a better experience than what you had!
