I just upgraded from an RTX 4060 Ti to an RTX 5070 Ti, but I'm facing a CPU bottleneck in many games, except for Manor Lords. Before the upgrade, I did my research and thought this wouldn't be an issue. My setup includes 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and I play on a 1440p 180Hz monitor. In most games, my GPU usage is often below 70%, sometimes even dipping to 50-60%. The main problem is that my frame rates are really unstable. Can anyone help me figure this out? Thanks!

Is your motherboard BIOS up to date? Make sure Resize BAR is enabled and, if available, set XMP/EXPO in the BIOS. Another good move is to use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to get a clean installation of your graphics driver. If that doesn't help, try reinstalling the motherboard chipset drivers from the support page.
I've already tried everything you suggested and it's still a problem. Just tested Rust, and it shows CPU at 57% and GPU at 49%.
What games are you focusing on? The R5 7600X can bottleneck in some titles, but <70% GPU utilization is a bit concerning. In esports titles, that's expected, but not in others.
I've played a mix of single-player and multiplayer games.
Have you installed the latest drivers? Also, curious what games you're trying to play.
Yes, I installed the drivers. I've played Battlefield 6, Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord, Valheim, Kingdom Come: Deliverance, and Hogwarts Legacy.

I'll give the DDU a shot. This is my first time swapping cards, so I appreciate the tips!
