Frequent Crashes and BSODs While Gaming—No Dump Files Created, What’s Going On?

I was gaming as usual when I suddenly encountered a BSOD with the error message 'SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (0x3B)'. This has happened several times, particularly when I'm running demanding tasks like gaming or using frame interpolation. Interestingly, during these crashes, the game continues to run for a few seconds but my keyboard, mouse, and controller stop responding, leading to a BSOD and a restart. After some time, I started seeing errors even on the desktop stating 'A device which does not exist was specified' and then I got a 'Critical Process Died' BSOD. The strange part is that no dump files are being created; when I looked in the event viewer, it indicated, 'No dump file being created due to error during dump creation'. It feels like my SSD might be failing since it can't generate a dump file during a crash. Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

First off, what are your specs? Also, could overheating be an issue for you?

No overheating here! My SSD does spike to 100% usage while gaming though. My system specs are: i9 14900k (with the latest BIOS), RTX 5090, ASUS Maximus Extreme motherboard, 64GB DDR5 RAM, and a 1300W MSI PSU.
