Getting No Signal from My GPU After Building My PC – Need Help!

I just finished assembling my new PC, and while the fans are running when I power it on, I'm facing a problem with my graphics card. When I connect the HDMI to my GPU, my monitor switches to the correct input, but I'm still getting no signal. I've been troubleshooting for about an hour: I've rechecked all the wiring, tried different PCIe slots, and attempted both HDMI and DisplayPort connections, but nothing seems to work. Here are my specs:
- AMD Ryzen 7 7700 3.6 GHz 8-core processor
- Asus Prime A620 Plus WiFi6 ATX AM5 motherboard
- 32 GB Crucial Pro RAM (2x16 GB)
- 2 TB Crucial P3 Plus M.2 SSD
- XFX Speedster QICK 319 Radeon RX 7700 XT 12 GB GPU
- Thermaltake Toughpower GF1 850W 80+ Gold Modular PSU
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I'd recommend trying to use the DisplayPort instead of HDMI since it's typically more reliable. Also, if your motherboard has onboard graphics, plug your monitor into that first and install the necessary GPU drivers. If you don't have onboard graphics, double-check that the GPU is seated correctly in the PCIe slot. Normally, the GPU fans should spin for a moment when you power on the PC, so if they're not, that might indicate another issue with the GPU itself.

I noticed that my GPU's LEDs flashed red when I powered down, which seemed like a warning. Have you encountered anything like that?
