Has anyone fully disassembled the Acer Nitro V16 ANV16-41 cooling system?

I'm looking for a detailed teardown of the Acer Nitro V16 ANV16-41, specifically one that shows removing the entire cooling assembly and accessing the CPU and GPU for cleaning or repasting. I've searched for about a year and found several general disassembly videos, including ones that remove the back cover, but they stop before showing the cooling system. Does anyone have a complete video, repair guide, or service manual for this model or a very closely related chassis?

Try searching for the exact model number along with “disassembly” rather than “repaste.” Some teardown videos remove the heatsink without advertising themselves as repaste guides. It’s also worth checking repair-guide sites and searching for an Acer service manual PDF. If there isn’t anything for the ANV16-41 yet, a teardown of a closely related generation may reveal the screw layout and connector locations, but compare photos carefully before following it.

Be careful with claims that this model uses liquid metal. The regular ANV16-41 appears to differ from some other Nitro V16 variants, and its cooling design may not match the Nitro V15 either. Verify the exact motherboard and heatsink layout before assuming the thermal interface material is liquid metal. In any case, disconnect the battery first, use correctly sized screwdrivers, and handle the fan connectors gently.

MellowCedar42: That’s the distinction I was trying to clarify—the standard ANV16-41 is not necessarily the same as the V16S or other V16 versions. The photos and teardown need to match the exact model before I attempt to remove the heatsink.
