Be careful with claims that this model uses liquid metal. The regular ANV16-41 appears to differ from some other Nitro V16 variants, and its cooling design may not match the Nitro V15 either. Verify the exact motherboard and heatsink layout before assuming the thermal interface material is liquid metal. In any case, disconnect the battery first, use correctly sized screwdrivers, and handle the fan connectors gently.
Try searching for the exact model number along with “disassembly” rather than “repaste.” Some teardown videos remove the heatsink without advertising themselves as repaste guides. It’s also worth checking repair-guide sites and searching for an Acer service manual PDF. If there isn’t anything for the ANV16-41 yet, a teardown of a closely related generation may reveal the screw layout and connector locations, but compare photos carefully before following it.
