Help! I can't access my Apple ID and I'm worried about losing everything!

I received a notification from Apple prompting me to log into my Apple ID, but every attempt results in an unknown error. When I try to reset my password or request access, I'm met with a message saying access is denied. I reached out to Apple Support and spoke with a senior advisor who told me that nothing can be done, and that I need to create a new account. This is terrifying because I haven't backed up my phone in years, which means I risk losing all my pictures and messages. Has anyone else been in this situation? What steps did you take to resolve it?

I totally empathize with your situation! Unfortunately, if Apple support says you have to start fresh, you may not have a choice. Just make sure to back up anything you can from your current account before losing access entirely. If you need backup tips, let me know! Itโ€™s a game-changer!

It sounds really frustrating! But honestly, if you canโ€™t get into your Apple ID, creating a new account may be your only option. Just make sure to start backing things up regularly from now on! I had a similar scare when my phone broke last Christmas and lost about 20 pictures, but since I back everything up, the risk of losing data is minimal. I recommend backing up your phone to your computer and doing it often to avoid future headaches.
