Help! I Deleted My Mediatek WiFi Driver and Now I’m Stuck

I accidentally deleted the Mediatek 6 WiFi driver from my ASUS TUF A15 and even clicked the option to remove it from my computer. I was following a suggestion from a video to fix ongoing disconnection issues I've been having ever since I updated to Windows 11, but now I've also lost the option to connect Bluetooth devices. I've tried resetting my laptop and doing everything I can think of, but nothing works. What can I do to get my WiFi and Bluetooth back?

You'll need to reinstall the driver since removing it means your device isn’t functioning properly. Instead of just deleting it, you should have reinstalled it as suggested. Unfortunately, I've heard that these Mediatek cards have some issues, so if the driver reinstall doesn't work, you might want to consider swapping it for a compatible Intel card or even looking into a return if it's a bigger problem.

Looks like replacing the card might be my only option left.
