I'm experiencing a frustrating problem with an Apple subscription. I activated a free trial for the app Splash Plus, but it unexpectedly turned into a yearly subscription. Apple tried to charge me for it, but my card doesn't have enough balance, so the payment has been stuck in 'processing' for over 24 hours. This has locked me out of my account, and now I can't download or update any apps, request a refund, or even contact support since I only see help articles without any chat or call options. I canceled the subscription right away, but the pending charge is still an issue. I'm stuck in this cycle where Apple won't complete the charge or cancel it, leaving me blocked from using the App Store. Does anyone know how I can force this payment to fail or get Apple to remove the pending charge? Is there a way to unlock my account without having to make this payment? I would really appreciate any help!

Unfortunately, you’ll need to pay the outstanding amount first, and then you can request a refund once the payment clears. That's about the only option available at this point.
I understand the frustration, but you really can’t avoid this one. You'll have to pay for the subscription. It’s quite a bummer when free trials turn into unexpected charges!
