Help! My Dell Inspiron is on but my monitor says there’s no signal from HDMI

I'm facing a weird issue with my Dell Inspiron 5680, which has an AMD Radeon RX580 graphics card and runs Windows 11. The other day, while I was gaming, my screen suddenly went black and the computer restarted on its own. Since then, I've been unable to get a signal to my monitor even though the computer appears to be running fine—lights are on, fans spinning, and everything looks connected. Could this be an issue with my graphics card? Is there anything I can try to fix this myself?

It sounds like this could potentially be a driver issue. Have you tried updating your graphics drivers? Sometimes, a quick update can resolve these kinds of display problems. If that doesn't work, you might want to check if everything is seated correctly in your PC, especially the graphics card itself. It’s worth a shot!
