I've recently installed Windows 10 on my SSD, and right after that, I set up Manjaro as well. Initially, everything worked fine, but suddenly my PC started showing a dual boot menu with both Manjaro and an older version of Windows 10 that's on my HDD. I really want to keep Windows accessible without going through a complete reinstall. I would consider reinstalling Linux since I have some time now, but I'm hoping there's a way to fix the issue without that. Any suggestions? Thanks for reading!

It sounds like your system is picking up the wrong Windows boot option. If you're using GRUB, check out the GRUB wiki page; it has guides on how to set up your boot menu. You might find it easiest to use OSProber, which can scan and detect your bootable options. If it keeps showing that old HDD version of Windows, you might have to manually remove it as a boot option.
I see what you mean, thanks! I tried using OSProber, but it only found the old HDD version. I just checked the BIOS boot options and noticed it's set to an HDD (named "windows boot manager (hitachi 1 TB hdd)"). It seems to have booted from my new SSD installation now.
