Hey everyone, I hope you can help me out. I just built my first PC, and after successfully installing Windows, I encountered a kernel security failure that led to a blue screen. Ever since then, my PC has been stuck in an endless boot loop. The only access I have is to the BIOS, and I can't even boot from my Windows installation USB to reinstall or repair. I'm really at my wit's end here! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I noticed you mentioned you're using an x870e Aorus motherboard. Have you checked if the BIOS is up to date? Sometimes, boot issues like this can be resolved with a quick update.

What error message do you get when you try to boot from the USB? You can try disconnecting all other drives to see if that forces a boot from the USB, just for testing. It might not allow an install, but it could help figure out if the USB is working.

When I tried booting normally, I got a loop, and when I went for the Windows USB, I got a 'BlInitializedlibrary failed 0xc000000a' error. That sounds like a BIOS issue. I came across a Microsoft support page that talks about this specific error — it might be worth checking if there's a BIOS update available for your motherboard.

To troubleshoot this BSOD issue, we need to look at the dump files if you can access Windows, even in Safe Mode. Check in the C:WindowsMinidump directory for crash logs. If you find any, zip them up and upload to a file sharing service. If you only have one dump file, that’s okay. Just follow a guide to ensure you configure your system to create Small Memory Dumps, which are helpful for diagnosing these problems.
