Help! My PC Keeps Crashing with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD

Hey everyone! I upgraded my PC last month and since early June, I've been hit with multiple random Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors, specifically with the code "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL." I've tried updating my drivers (even fixed a missing one), ran a RAM scan with no issues found, and fiddled with some settings via the console, but nothing has worked so far. Just an hour ago, it crashed again while I was doing nothing intensive. I also tried Bluescreenview, but I'm not really sure how to read the results. I found some info online saying it might be related to unauthorized memory usage, but I'm unsure of a fix that doesn't involve wiping everything (I've heard that might help, but I want to avoid that if possible!). By the way, I've linked the DMP error files, hope it helps!

To properly analyze your BSODs, you'll need to gather the dump files, which are crash logs. If you can boot into Windows normally or use Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any dump files. If you find any, zip them and upload via a file-sharing site. Also, it’s best to have multiple dump files for a clearer picture of the issue. If you only have one, consider following a guide to switch your settings to create Small Memory Dumps instead. That way, you won’t overwrite existing ones!

Got it! I'll look for those files. Just to clarify, if I can't find any, should I try the guide to adjust the dump settings anyway?

First, make sure your BIOS is up to date. If it’s stable (i.e., no freezes or weird glitches), grab the latest BIOS version from the MSI support site for your motherboard. Next, install the latest AMD Chipset Drivers listed there too, but just pick the Chipset Driver installer; the others can cause problems on some systems. After that, see if the BSODs keep happening!

Thanks for the tip! I’m currently on BIOS 2020—should I definitely go for the newest version? Or is it better to stick to older updates?
