Help! My Singularity D5 PWM Pump Has Stopped Working

I woke up today to find that my Singularity Computers Protium D5 PWM Pump is showing 0 RPM. I've checked the connector, and it's securely attached. I've shared some images of the pump in action previously, and you can see it has worked before. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows what could be causing it?

Do you have any speed controllers hooked up to the pump? If yes, try disconnecting them. If the pump works at 100% speed without any controllers, it might just be a software glitch, maybe in aquasuite. If it still doesn't run with just the power connector, then it’s likely that the pump has failed. Also, if you have a multimeter, you could check if 12V is getting to the power connector.

Removing the speed controller didn't help; the pump is still dead. I think I need to dig out a multimeter to test it. In the meantime, I've ordered a temporary pump combo just to keep my system running. If Singularity won't cover it under warranty, I'll have to get a new D5 pump.

What are your GPU temperatures like? Can you confirm that the pump is really not running at all? It might be worth giving Singularity a call to see if they can help you out with this.

The pump is definitely not running. I usually hear it at full speed, but it's silent now. The GPU temps are a real problem; they climb quickly until my PC shuts down near 100°C. Haven't called yet because I bought it over four years ago; not sure about the warranty.
