I just installed Linux Mint, and I'm having trouble using any LibreOffice tools. When I try to open LibreOffice, it just shows a 'not responding' message. I opened it from both the menu and the terminal using the command 'lowriter', but it doesn't seem to work at all. Can anyone help me figure this out? Also, I recently downloaded the Brave browser and YouTube; what other software or tools would you recommend for my setup? Here are my specs: 8GB DDR3 RAM, Intel Pentium G2020 CPU at 2.90GHz, and 32MB Intel HD graphics card on a 64-bit Windows 10 Pro system. Thanks for any advice!

Try launching LibreOffice from the terminal and see if it gives you any error messages that might help diagnose the issue. Just type `lowriter` in the terminal and hit enter. If it still doesn't respond, there might be some compatibility issues. Also, consider installing any missing dependencies that LibreOffice might need! As for what to do next, you might want to look into installing some media players or productivity apps. VLC and GIMP are great options for media and image editing!
Make sure your system is up to date—run a system update and check if there are any updates available for LibreOffice or your graphics drivers. Sometimes rendering issues can cause apps to hang like that. Additionally, consider checking the official forums or support channels for Linux Mint for any known issues with LibreOffice on your version.
