Help with XMP: Why Can’t I Run My RAM at 6000MHz on My i5-14400F?

Hey everyone! I'm having a tough time getting my RAM to run at its rated speed of 6000MHz. Here's my build: I'm using an Intel Core i5-14400F CPU, an ASUS Prime B760-Plus motherboard, and Corsair Vengeance RAM (32GB, 2x16GB) that's rated for 6000MHz. By default, my RAM runs at 4800MHz without any issues, but when I enable XMP in the BIOS to bump it up to 6000MHz, I encounter problems. It either struggles to boot or freezes, and getting back into the BIOS becomes a hassle. I've tried matching the timings and voltage (1.35V) to the settings my friend uses on the same build and motherboard, but it doesn't help. The only way I can get things back to normal is by resetting everything to default. My questions are: Could this problem be linked to my BIOS settings? Is one of my components possibly faulty? Or could it be a compatibility issue related to the BIOS? I've tinkered with a few adjustments, but nothing seems to work. Any help or tips would be really appreciated!

First off, make sure your RAM sticks are installed in slots 2 and 4, as that can sometimes affect performance. Also, check if you’ve updated your BIOS to the latest version. Friends can sometimes run the same setup without issues on older BIOS, but that doesn't mean it will work for you. So, double-check that!

I checked, and yes, my RAM is in the right slots. As for the BIOS, it isn't updated yet, but my friend didn't update his either, and it works for him.
