I'm having trouble accessing my iCloud media and notes on my iPhone unless I update it, which I'm reluctant to do. I can access everything online without issue. I realized today that I couldn't get to my notes, which was alarming because it seemed like they had vanished. But no worries, everything is still accessible online, including some important notes, videos, and pictures. I really need my notes on my phone, though, and the videos and photos I can save on my PC instead. I admit I should have backed up my notes locally on my phone too. The hitch is that I can't accept iCloud's terms and conditions without the update, so is there a way to get my notes and media back on my phone without doing that? Thanks in advance!

You actually need to update your phone if you want to access those iCloud features. It doesn't matter if you really don’t want to update; that’s just how Apple has it set up. Once you do the update, you can accept the terms and conditions in your phone settings, and then you should be able to get your notes and media back. Just backing up won’t help you sync without that update.

Where do I go to see the last backup date? I think I saw something about it a couple of weeks ago, but I can’t remember!
